Free College is Possible

We’re organizing to turn student debt into a thing of the past by making all Massachusetts public colleges tuition-free.

Our Campaigns

PHENOM (the Public Higher Education Network of Massachusetts) is fighting to pass three bills which will revolutionize Massachusetts higher ed:

  1. The CHERISH Act, which would massively increase public colleges’ funding and resources, as well as make all public colleges debt-free.
  2. The Debt-Free Future Act, which would guarantee tuition-free public college to all Massachusetts residents.
  3. The Endowment Tax, which would raise taxes on Massachusetts’ richest universities to fully pay for the Debt-Free Future Act.
