New PHENOM Board Elected!
In a competitive election, the first under PHENOM's amended bylaws that provide for a larger and geographically representative Board, a fabulous group of dedicated advocates for public higher education was elected.  In addition, members approved next year's budget and discussed exciting plans for the coming year.
